Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the jum99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any provision in these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of this platform. Continued use following any amendments made to these terms is considered full acceptance of the latest version.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and jum99 as the platform operator. Malay and English are the official languages of this document — in the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Malay version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility and Accounts

Use of the jum99 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of registration
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities by any applicable law
• Registering voluntarily for entertainment purposes only

Each user is only allowed one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual, whether using different identities or other contact details, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

All information provided during registration, including full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and email address, must be accurate, complete and current. jum99 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and request supporting documents such as a copy of MyKad or bank statement.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jum99 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method selected
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour after internal verification is complete
• Accepted payment methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder. jum99 reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction that raises suspicion of money laundering or fraud.

Accounts showing unusual or suspicious financial activity patterns will be subject to additional security review. During such review, deposit and withdrawal access may be temporarily restricted.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

jum99 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms which will be stated at the time the offer is made. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• First-time welcome bonus: 150% of the total first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received
• Example: deposit RM100, bonus RM150, balance RM250 — wagering required is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Second example: deposit RM1,200, bonus RM888, balance RM2,088 — wagering required is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200

Bonuses are only eligible for one account, one device, one IP address and one payment method. Any attempt to obtain bonuses through unauthorised means will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus concerned and possible account termination.

jum99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. jum99's decisions on matters relating to bonuses are final.

05 Game Rules

All games available on the jum99 platform are operated by licensed third-party providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that has been verified by jum99.

In situations where a technical disruption or system failure occurs during an active game session, unsettled bets will be handled in accordance with the standard settlement policy of the game provider concerned. jum99 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions or failures beyond our control.

• The use of automation software, bots or any unauthorised method to play is prohibited
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system is a serious breach of these terms
• Any results obtained through unauthorised means will be voided
• Players must comply with the specific rules for each game category as stated in the game help section

06 Responsible Gambling

jum99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its users. Gambling should be viewed solely as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

This platform may only be used by individuals aged 21 and above. Use by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and jum99 takes appropriate steps to ensure compliance with this age requirement.

All content on the jum99 platform, including but not limited to visual design, user interface, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software compilations, is the exclusive property of jum99 or our licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained through this platform without prior written consent from jum99.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jum99 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including:

• Financial losses incurred during gameplay
• Service disruptions caused by technical factors or circumstances beyond our control
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence
• Inaccurate information provided by the user

jum99 makes no guarantee that this platform will always be free from errors, disruptions or harmful content. Users are solely responsible for the gambling decisions they make.

09 Privacy Policy

The collection, use and protection of your personal data by jum99 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. That Privacy Policy forms part of the overall agreement between you and jum99 and should be read together with these terms and conditions.

10 Governing Law

jum99 operates under a recognised international licence. The platform is responsible for ensuring its operations comply with the licensing requirements set by the relevant regulatory body.

11 Changes and Termination

jum99 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time at our discretion. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the platform or the registered email address. The effective date of the amendment will be stated at the top of this document.

jum99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• A request from the relevant regulatory body or authorities
• Prolonged account inactivity

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any legitimate remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses or winnings obtained unlawfully) will be returned to you via the original payment method.
